The Challenge

Sol & Stone came to us with a loyal customer base, a strong product, and a social presence that felt inconsistent and underwhelming. Their Instagram had no clear visual direction, captions that didn't sound like them, and engagement that had plateaued for months. They knew they needed help — they just didn't know where to start.

What We Did

We kicked things off with a full social audit to identify the gaps, then built a brand-new strategy from the ground up — content pillars, visual direction, messaging framework, and a 90-day content roadmap.

From there, we took over their Instagram and Facebook management end-to-end: monthly content shoots, caption writing, scheduling, community engagement, and monthly reporting. We also launched a targeted Meta ads campaign to support their seasonal product launch.
